Garry Flanagan BA, MBA

Garry is a supply chain professional with blue-chip multi-national experience at board level in UK, Europe and North America who is an expert in commercial, strategic and operational improvement.
Garry has expertise across the end-to-end supply chain in multi-channel environments, including strategic sourcing and product management, supply chain strategy, logistics planning and manufacturing and distribution operations.
With a proven track record of leading successful step-change programmes delivering major commercial benefit, Garry has pragmatically applied best practice to deliver outstanding results
Previous to starting SSCS in 2008 Garry held senior management roles across industry-leading sectors in best practice businesses including; Logistics Director for ASDA-Wal*Mart, Supply Chain Director for Wolseley and Head of Supply Chain Development for Pepsico.
Tony Whileman FCIPD
Director, Strategic Supply Chain Solutions
Tony is a commercially-focused HR professional with blue-chip multi-national experience at Board level who is an expert in managing people-centred change to deliver business improvement.
Tony has expertise across the full HR functional footprint, from organisation and cultural design through Employee Relations to recruitment, training and development. Tony is comfortable at strategic and operational levels who focuses on building organisation capability for sustainable advantage.
A proven change-agent, Tony has a track record of delivering step-change programmes, developing and converting people strategy to day-to-day delivery of exceptional performance.
Before founding SSCS in 2008 Tony worked in senior HR and business change roles across industry-leading sectors in best practice business, including as HR Director for GKN, HR Business Partner for Wolseley and Programme Manager for Arco.
